Part Time In-Store Team Member– MOTI Bristol

Competitive hourly rate of £7.25 per hour.

An exciting In Store Sales Team member position has become available in MOTI Bristol. If you'd like to combine sport and health with a rewarding career, read on.

As Sales Team Assistant, you'll thrive on the challenge of working in a fast paced, lively, professional retail environment.

Our in-store team are responsible for giving the very best advice to our customers to ensure they receive a fantastic store experience and the correct products for their needs. The role also involves maintaining the high standard of the store, and the challenge of working toward personal and team sales targets.

In addition, we'll be looking to you to be pro-active and identify and grow partnerships with other local health and fitness organizations. This will include visiting our partners and working at events near the store.

Our MOTI team receive in-depth training in biomechanics, gait analysis and running shoe knowledge, so our customers receive the very best Shoe Fit Lab advice – you'll also receive ongoing training in product technology.

Previous retail or customer facing experience is essential, as well as a highly dynamic and positive 'can do' approach.

Variety in your working week…
The role is primarily based in our Bristol store, however you'll also spend time working with local fitness organisations, and representing MOTI at events and races. Weekend and evening hours are part of the regular schedule.
