Coaching isn't just for the faster runners and triathletes, good training advice can make a massive difference to everyone's enjoyment and performance.

MOTI works with many different coaches in both running and triathlon disciplines to bring you sessions and events to improve your sport. These include FREE monthly technique sessions, weekly group runs and many other specific sessions like barefoot running and swim technique.

Piers Stockwell
Running Coach & barefoot specialist
Piers is a REPS level 3 advanced personal trainer, running coach, ski instructor and elite endurance athlete. He coaches runners from beginner to elite distance level, using biomechanical technique improvement and effective training planning to allow runners to realize their full running potential.

Piers has raced internationally in many different disciplines, competing in adventure races ranging from 4hrs to 6 days, and was the USARA regional champion for the Western states, USA in 2009. He has spent the last 3 years in Lake Tahoe, California racing as a Salomon sponsored trail racer, and teaching skiing. He is currently training to compete in multi sport races in the UK and Europe this summer, including 2 coast to coast races over 140 miles, an iron man and various 24hr+ adventure races before returning to the ultra marathon scene for the winter.
