Please allow 24 hours in advance when canceling an appointment.
Cancellation after this time or non attendance will attract the full booking fee.
Payment
Please pay the therapist at the end of the appointment by cash or cheque.
What to wear
Please come dressed for an appointment. For Osteopathy, Physiotherapy and Podiatry, please bring a pair of shorts for lower limb assessments.

Aishling Jordan is a certified Pilates Foundation instructor and trained at the Scott Studio in Somerset under Suzanne Scott. Growing up in Ireland, she was a member of Ireland’s oldest athletics club; Clonliffe Harriers, where her enthusiasm for sport was nourished, leading to a career as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and a Pilates Teacher. John Stephenson graduated in 1994, with a First Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy, from UEL London. He also completed a Masters degree in Physiotherapy in 1997 at UCL.

Sian Osborne
Sports Massage BSc (Hons)
Sian has been working as a Personal Trainer in Bristol since graduating from the University of Bath in 2008, and quickly went on to complete her Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist Certification. Her main areas of interest are in injury rehabiliation and posture correction, although really enjoys getting to the bottom of any problems you might have.
