I just wanted to drop a quick line to comment on the service I
received today at your Cardiff store and in particular the help I
received from Daniel Wimpelberg. Far from being a seasoned runner and
knowing very little about which running shoes were suited to me a
colleague recommended your store and as a result I popped along to try
and get a better understanding as to what I needed to assist with my
running.

Upon visiting the store I spoke with Daniel was more than happy to
assist me and was able to explain to me in terms I understood what
type of running shoe I needed and after checking my gait and he
provided me with the information I needed to make a purchase. The
whole process was carried out in a extremely professional manner and
the whole experience was a very positive one, more over I felt that
Daniel had a genuine interest in my needs and gave me a number of
different brands to look at before narrowing my choice down to a pair
of Asics Cumulus 11.

forget to feedback positive comments where they are deserved, I will

MOTI is a vibrant, growing group of three specialist running and triathlon stores. We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Store Manager, to manage and develop our one-year-old MOTI Cardiff store.

Our store managers need to thrive on the challenge of running a fast paced retail environment. You'll need to be highly organised, outgoing and confident. You'll need to demonstrate that you can run a store whilst managing a team, stock, promotions, marketing and staying focused on sales figures.

Our customers are runners and triathletes of all abilities and ages, from beginners to experienced athletes. We offer support and encouragement to everyone, in a welcoming and friendly environment. Our teams combine their MOTI training with their own personal experience of running or triathlon. Our MOTI team receives in-depth training in biomechanics, gait analysis and product knowledge, so our customers receive the very best Shoe Fit Lab advice.

The Store Manager will be primarily based in our Cardiff store, but will also spend time working with local fitness organisations attending events and races. Weekend and evening hours are part of the regular schedule.
