At Moti, our team is there to support your running in every way possible. That's why we have our own coaches to steer you in the right direction, provide advice and work with you to create your own training plan.
Our coaches Andy and Dave both have specific areas that they focus on.
If you're a novice or improver or looking for general fitness then Simon will help you make the most from your running, improve your fitness and train safely and effectively.
If you're looking to improve your performance or race longer distances then Andy is an experienced triathlon and running coach. He's also raced for the GB Triathlon team and recently fought off strong competition to win the '220 Magazine Triathlon Coach of Year 2007'.
As well as 121 coaching, we also provide small group courses.
