This beginners and improvers session introduces techniques to develop running form, balance & drive. You will also learn drills that will strengthen muscle groups and increase flexibility.
The exercises you will learn serve as an excellent warm-up tool for both training and competitive situations. The drills help to develop conditioning and core stability to better meet the demands of changing terrain and speed whilst running.

FREE 15 Minute Therapy Assessments These sessions aim to help identify a problem, give some initial advice for an injury and determine if further intervention is necessary.

FREE IN-STORE VIDEO GAIT ANALYSIS We use the Motion Question 10 stage process to identify exactly which running shoes could be right for you. We then use Templo Video Proofing to see on-screen how you run in different shoes. This enables us to find exactly the right shoe for the way you run. The process takes about 15 minutes and we can handle up to 3 customers at a time.
Our team are all fully trained by both Motion Quest and our in-house Podiatrist. If you are experiencing discomfort or have developed an injury, we are able to save your gait analysis video so that one of our therapy team (Physio, Osteo, Podiatry) can use it to assist with a diagnosis. We do find that often, problems can arise from simply wearing the wrong running shoes.
