There's nothing like a group session to motivate and refresh your approach to exercise.Our 'Run for Everyone' weekly running sessions of approx 50mins led by the MOTI team are for all runners from beginners to those more experienced.
The beginners enjoy a steady run with ample time to get tips on running technique and how to train more effectively.
Those more advanced take part in more specific sessions such as fartlek, hills or intervals providing you with great opportunities to move beyond your fitness plateau.
And because we're open until 8pm you can use our changing facilities (or even our massage therapists) before or after your run.
Our group runs will start at 6.30pm every Thursday evening very soon. Watch this space for announcements, or register for our newsletter to be kept up-to-date.
