Alex has been working as an Osteopath for 21 years and has a particular interest in treating sports related injuries. He has extensive experience in sports injury management, treatment and rehabilitation. He has worked with professional and amateur track athletes, triathletes, rugby players and social sports people.
Sports Massage Therapist, MSTO
Anne qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2015. She completed her training at the University of Bath sports training village, obtaining a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and then a Level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy verified by Active IQ.
Anne works with a wide range of people of all ages using Sports Massage to help people continue enjoining sport and activity throughout their lives. Anne uses Sports Massage to treat sports injuries, postural injuries and long-term pain as well as to help people who are actively participating in sports.
Anne has completed CPD training in Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage, Indian Head Massage and First Aid.

John Stephenson graduated in 1994, with a First Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy, from UEL London. He also completed a Masters degree in Physiotherapy in 1997 at UCL. Now specialising in back, neck, knee and sports injuries, John brings a wealth of experience to your consultation. He has worked and gained extensive experience of Athletics, Pilates, Football, and the Performing Arts while working with some of the top names in the UK.
Please pay the therapist at the end of the appointment by cash or cheque.
Sports Massage is payable by card, cash accepted but not preferred. Cheques not accepted.
WHAT TO WEAR
Please come dressed for an appointment. For Osteopathy, Physiotherapy and Podiatry, Sports Massage, please bring a pair of shorts for lower limb assessments.
Please allow 24 hours in advance when canceling an appointment. Cancellation after this time or non attendance will attract the full booking fee.
